Terms and Conditions
- Customers who purchase any of selected HP supplies with warranty of 2019/2020 are eligible to get six (6) months of extended warranty. Duration of purchase is from August 16, 2019 to February 15, 2020 .
- Customers must look for the 6-month extended warranty promo sticker on the box of any participating product to be eligible for the extended warranty.
- The participating products are as follows:
4. To claim for the extended warranty, customer must present and surrender the box of the purchased participating product with the 6-month extended warranty promo sticker to any of the following WSI or HP Service Centers:

5. WSI will validate all claims for replacement. WSI will not honor replacement of damaged products due to accident, normal wear and tear, alteration, modification, repair or attempted repair, improper use or maintenance, neglect, abuse or deliberate mishandling.
6. The promo is valid only for participating products with the 6-month extended warranty promo sticker on the box.
7. In case of dispute, the decision of WSI, with concurrence of DTI, shall prevail.
