WSI Honored with Excellent Global Service Partner Award at Huawei Connect 2025

Shanghai, China – September 17, 2025 — WSI has been honored with the Excellent Global Service Partner Award at the prestigious Huawei Connect 2025 event, held in Shanghai, China. The award was presented during Huawei’s Global Partner Summit, which brought together over 400 partners from across the globe under the theme “Win-Win Intelligence in the New Era.”

This recognition places WSI among an elite group of 89 global partners celebrated for their outstanding contributions to Huawei’s enterprise business, Huawei Cloud, digital energy, and industry-specific solutions. WSI was specifically acknowledged for its exceptional service delivery, technological innovation, and commitment to customer success in the digital transformation journey.

Huawei’s 2025 Outstanding Partner Awards featured 17 distinct categories, celebrating both technological and commercial excellence. WSI’s award highlights its role in driving business success through Huawei’s products and solutions, including connectivity, cloud, computing, and digital energy.

During the award ceremony, Mr. Joseph Reyes, Vice President of Enterprise Group at Wordtext Systems, Inc. delivered a heartfelt speech:

“On behalf of our now 43-year-old company WSI, I am deeply honored and privileged to receive this prestigious award as Global Excellent Service Partner. The real credit, however, must go to the hardworking men and women in our professional services department—like Jefferson Ramos, who led a team that worked tirelessly to deploy and support large SD-WAN projects over the past nine months, and Joma Rey Lasam, who almost single-handedly stopped a brute force attack within minutes on one of our valued financial services installations.”

Reyes also expressed gratitude to Huawei for its leadership and support:

Huawei emphasized its strategic direction in the enterprise market, focusing on deep cultivation and expansion. The summit encouraged partners to invest in marketing and customer service to broaden market reach and announced plans to upgrade its partner

system for the AI era—aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and value creation through stronger partner capabilities and incentives.
